Do you use Pest Patrol or AOL's spyware remover?

There is something deleting your "limewire.exe" file, as you don't have Pest Patrol or AOL's spyware, which are known to delete the LW exe every time you run them, then something must have been recently added to your PC that performs this "delete" function.

At a guess, without really knowing, I would say that a recent update to "Spycatcher" is probably the culprit.

May I suggest that you temporarily disable "Spycatcher", reinstall LW, leave "Spycatcher" disabled for a few days and see if the LW exe file vanishes again.

Please explain the following:

Where are you getting your limewire from to install, please do not reply from the official site, reply with the proper URL.

and

How are you installing LW, are you using the off-line or online installer and where on your hard drive (folder/directory) are you downloading or installing LW to?

Welverin

"recommended installer" tells me nothing, I need you to answer my question so that I know what you are doing and can respond accordingly.
