i have just downloaded the latest version of limewire and its great.. downloads are so easy but my problem is... i can't shut down my limewire application... even after clicking on 'exit' from the task bar, it would shut down for a while then after around 5 minutes or so it automatically starts up again it kept on interrupting my work, it appears from time to time... how can i shut down my limewire?:confused : i just want to turn it on when i need to do something. i dont want it to start automatically... please help me on this... thank you very much!

When Limewire keeps opening by itself it means you have a virus...At the bottom of this thread is a link to Norbiesworld he will help you get rid of it...

Once you get your comp cleaned up make sure you have an up to date AV and scan every file before opening or playing....
