DL new version on Windows XP, Refuses to activate

After getting a notice that a new version was available, I DL'd it. However, upon installation it simply refused to activate. My firewall is set to allow it, and i followed Limewires Java restart guidelines, I've tried Re-downloading it several times.

Is my computer possessed by a demon? because thats the only explanation I can think of.
