After using LW for quite a while i decided to upgrade to pro (mainly cause i was sick of getting that pop up asking to upgrade) anyway i upgraded and all is fine until i tried to download it again cause i deleted files by mistake but the problem is the download page is asking for my email address but when i enter it it says not reconised now i know its the right email cause i have only 1 and i also paid through paypal so i'm sure i purchased through the right channels. cananyone help here please.

How long ago did you purchase it....If it was longer than 6 months ago you will have to purchase Pro again...The reason being is that Pro offers 6 months of free updates and support once the 6 months are up you get to keep the version of Pro you have, but no longer recieve the updates and support....
It is always wise to keep a backup just incase you unfortunatley lose it...

it was only a few weeks ago i know i should have backed up my files its not until you loose them that you think about it:

How much did you pay for LW Pro? Do you have any receipts for it such as thru your bank. Do you still have the original email support sent you with a link to your personal download page? Many people bookmark this page so they don't need to worry about going to support to get an update.

MY APOLOGIES TO LIMEWIRE i have been racking my brains to resolve this problem and as i was re-reading my last post i realised that my paypal account uses my wifes e-mail address so i tried this and yep it worked.
