I tried to upgrade and purchased Limewire PRO but could not install it. When I tried to install it said that another version of Limewire was running even though it was not. I had to cancel the installation. I rebooted and tried entering my email on the Limewire website. I keep getting a message saying that the email is not the one I used to purcahse Limewire via paypal even though it is. I have got my confirmation number and detail of payment being made by paypal. What should I do now as because it wont let me enter my email address used omn the Limewire support website so I cant contact limewire support? Anyone got any advise please?

Have you received 2 e-mails from Limewire? One is a reciept from Limewire (not paypal) and one is a link to your personal download page.

Also How much exactly did you pay? and how long ago. It sometimes takes a little while to go through the system, although usually it is pretty much instant

that happened to me to and then I tried to delete files of the old limewire but it said they were protected

Control-alt-del & open process manager & close any LW program listed. Then install. The installer will remove any other versions.
