Error opening file for writing?

I am rying to reinstall limewire after I previously removed it from my system but I keep getting a message saying "ERROR OPENING FILE FOR WRITING". Even after I deleted the files that they listed and tried to reinstall, it still shows the same message. Is there a way to fix this?
