Any advice? (360sharepro)

Can anyone help?
I joined Limewire lsat month and paid for the Pro version. I received 360sharepro software and was using it with no problems. However a couple of days ago 360sharepro would not connect, so I contacted Techsupport who gave me instructions to uninstall 360sharepro and download Limewire software. The Limewire software is the basic package and if I want the pro package I will have to pay again but I don't think this is fair. What can I do?

Yes, 360 Share Pro when it is working is OK, when it is not it can be a real pain. I have been using it for some three years or so, and I have found that each problem can be related to something I have changed on my PC. 360 does not like changes. It may be a move of the shortcut to a tidy up the screen folder, a registry repair, or an anti virus change, it just suddenly will not work.

You also have all sorts of problems deleting it, just follow the screen instructions and it will eventualy go. Do not try to download as an existing user, that will not work. Google (do not use the quote marks) "musicsmembersarea.com" this will take you to a screen where you can tell 360 you have forgotten your password (OK, you havn't, but pretend OK) fill in the boxes, and you will be sent a Email with all the info you need. Download from the information on this Email and it should work. I have tried to do it all sorts of other ways and failed. Use musicsmembersarea.com and you should get results, I used it last night and it worked for something like the fifteenth time I have done it since I first paid my money some three years ago.

Hi, I was wondering when I go to the musicmemberarea.com -- which link do I click on? there are so many ??? I have not been able to use my 360 for months now.

I tried to download it to my laptop using my signin and password to see if I could use it there but again -- nothing!

i got ripped off by buying 360 pro and it would not run after a month. i paid £89 for it
never again
noone has helped me in here either.
there are lots of ideas and linkks but none of them work!!!!

The only advice you need is to contact your Credit Card company, fraud section, and tell them that you have been ripped off by an Internet Company set up to rip-off novices, you should then be able to get your money back.
