It always freezes at beginning download
How do I fix this?

Its not that its not starting properly, its that the installer freezes when it says beginning download.

Did you try removing your current Java & then reinstall JRE using the offline installer here?

So if I download the offline installer the limewire installer shouldn't freeze?

Can't guarantee it, but a lot of times that will do the trick. You should when possible, always download and use the offline installer for any program. Less chance of it becomming corrupted.
