As the title says, I can not seem to correctly download this program. Everytime I click on either Windows supported download links, a page opens that apparently can not be found (As if the URL does not exist). Could anyone please tell me the reason, or a solution to this predicament?

I don't know why, but I accidentally clicked I would use it for illegal activities. I am guessing the site blocked my IP adress, but I am using a wireless connection. Why my brother and mother's computers could still use it (I just tried today, to see if it were me only), I do not really know. That is the only part of the IP blocked theory that contradicts it or disproves it.
