GenericWindowsUtil.dll

I get this message when I try to install Limewire.

Errror opening file for writing: c:\programfiles\limewire\GenericWindowsUtil.dll

I tried clearing my cache, but it doesn'r help.

I'm using Vista.

Any suggestions?
