When I want to preview my videos in LimeWire when they're still downloading, it opens it with windows media player. So is there a way to change what program it previews with?

Yes if you right click on one of those files in your incomplete folder in your limewire library and hit explore you will have the incomplete folder on your HDD show up....Now if you right click on one of those movies and select open with > select choose player > select the player you want and then tick the box always open this file type with this program and select OK...It will then use the player you have chosen as it then becomes your default player...
I hope I didn't just confuse you, because I just confused myself...
