I followed a prompt when i logged in to my Limewire Pro to "upgrade to the latest beta version" I did and now I have this Beta one that prompts me to purchase Pro!!! I want my Pro back but this "upgrade" has over written it... What can I do?

How long ago did you buy Limewire Pro? If you bought it in the last 6 months, you should be able to redownload it. Did you keep the installer? You should always keep a backup copy. You don't know how many people have needed to reinstall their Limewire Pro for one reason or another but couldn't because they didn't backup the installer.

had to reformat hard drive. Bought pro ver more than 6 months ago. Thought I had the installer but it was the beta one. Much as I love limewire I can't see paying again because of a hard drive crash. any solutions much appreciated.

You could just stick with Limewire Basic...
