What a mess...

Hello everybody. Good to be here, among Limewire afficionados.

I purchased Limewire Pro a few weeks ago, but unfortunately it clashed with my OS (Windows Vista Ultimate) and it could not run properly.
Now I am trying to download the latest, Vista-compatible version of Limewire, as I understand I am entitled to free updates for 6 months, but the system does not recognize my email.
None of my emails is accepted by the Limewire system and the reason might be I did not submit any email at all when I purchased the product (though I do not remember). In any case, I'm desperate.
Please, please, please help.

You would've had to give an email address when you bought Pro (you would've recieved a couple of emails after you purchased...one reciept & one email with a link to your personal download page). Did you buy Pro from Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download « for $18.88? Providing that you bought from the official site, contact limenathan (click on the blue link below) & he should be able to sort things out for you
