Question Not recognized by Limwire after reformat!

I just reformatted my hard drive because I was having big problems. I also switched from dial up service, to high speed. When I purchased Limewire Pro about four months ago I know I used my girlfriends computer and email address, because I didnt have one. Now I do and I dont know her email address, and we dont talk at all (she wont cooperate at all) didnt have any problem setting up Limewire pro on this computer from her email inbox when I got it, but I just yesterday reformatted and reinstalled windows. I actually was still able to execute the install file because back then I copied it to my second hard drive, but I just tried to upgrade because the link at the bottom in red says there is a newer version, and it wants an email address that I no longer have access to. I guess if it is a problem then I can just go on using the version that I have because it still works! I just wanted to upgrade!
I have:
Windows XP Professional SP2
No firewalls and windows firewalls disabled
640 MB of RAM
272 GB of HD space available
Cable connection
Webstar by Scientific Atlanta Modem with Hawking Wireless 4 port router
Connecting from my apartment
Running Limewire 4.12.11 Pro and Java 1.5.0_03
My ISP is Time Warner Southern California
Test results say "Your test worked!"
I am not sharing my connection with other compuuters, I do use Azureus also
This is a new problem with an experienced user
I do see a brick wall in front of my globe
I use port forwarding on my router
No antiviruse or security programs in use
I live in the USA

Thank you.
