Default Limewire Pro freezes

I will give you as much information as I know.
I have tried all the suggestions that are on the forum and none have worked.
Here is what I have:
LimeWire Pro 1.14.10
Java: J2SE Runtime 5.0 Update 11
Windows Vista Business 64 bit

At one time it did work ok. I don't know what changed to cause the problem.

What is happening:
I start LimeWire and it stalls at 62%, after about 10 minutes it launches however you can't click on anything. It finally let me click on things so I went into options and it froze up and won't let me click on anything at all.

While I was typing this it has temporarily unfroze.
So I guess what I would say it is working awfully slow, and not allowing me to click on anything for several minutes.
Any Ideas?

Thanks
Dan

You might take a look at the link below. Seems to be helping a lot of other people.

Try these fixes if above is no help.

Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11

If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder/s...

I fixed my problem.
I got to thinking about what could be the problem and it turns out I was pointing my Library to a server drive. (Yes I have a server at my house)
When I pointed my Library to a local drive that didn't have much music on it it stated up and responded normally.
My server drive has all my music on it about 2000 songs.
Maybe it couldn't talk to fast to the Library for some reason.
Thanks
