I have formated my pc and everything and it still does this im using the newest verison of LW and the newest version of java

Remove your java, then step back to this version: Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11 & ONLY choose the OFFLINE Java JRE version to download & then install. Installing java over the internet often comes up with errors & is a common problem with corrupt installations. If still problems, then get the OFFLINE installer for LW then install it. It will uninstall the other version of LW during installation.
