Ok so I just removed everything LW related and reinstalled it. When I try to load it up, it shows the box thing, loade 100%, then does nothing. I tried ctrl alt delete, and it doesn't show LW as one of the tasks. What's wrong?? I just installed the newest Java, my firewall has LW as an exception, and my LW was at one bar before I started messing with it. What do I do?!

my limewire starts to load and stays at "starting connection"
i dont have any anti-virus software, the only thing running on
my computer is Windows. Now here's the real problem, i have VISTA!!!
when i had XP i could download just fine, but now it wont work!!!

See my problem is it loads up 100% and then nothing happens. But down in the little task bar at the bottom, it shows LW as running. But then, if I mouse over the icon, they all disappear. It's really frustrating. And I thought it was bad I couldn't get it to CONNECT!

same here loaded limewire and it just sits there sayiny loading.shows 1 bar an fire wall. shut off both fire walls ang still the same.i am using vista. before loaded limewire pro i could use lime wire basic...could use a little help.thanx

At least yours loads!!!!!! I can't get the freakin window to come up! I can't get to my music, I can't get into LW! I'd give a lot to JUST have a connection problem!

I can get Limewire to load, it searches, but I can't download a thing. This started the other day when I thought I had been infected by a worm, maybe not. I have removed the program, all references in the registry, everything I can think of, I even moved my music to a different hard drive! Still I can not get the options page to stay open it closes by itself immediately. is it a infection? Has anyone else encountered this? Have others fixed their problems by uninstalling and cleaning up their computer?

I downloaded LW then went through installation process , When i went to run LW it got to 12% and then an incomplete folder appears on my desktop and then thats it it stays at 12% so i uninstall and start again still the same problem . I have vista when i had xp no probs, can anybody help me
