Hi-
Iam new to all this. My daughter keeps trying to download songs and it keeps saying write protected. We have never had a problem until 4 days ago. I dont know how to help her. Can u help me??? Please. She is 12 and driving me nuts!!! Thank You for reading this. ta53147
