I am a paid Pro member, but limewire cant find my email address

I have been a limewire PRO user for like 3 years!! Went to grab the download link after a reformat, and now my email address is no longer a valid paid member! I have not used any other email address for limewire, and it worked a few months ago, so why not now? Why am I lost, and have to repay again? I have had to pay twice now, and I really do not want to pay again! Any help?

yea like 3 yr user reinstalled windows went to download and update to pro. as i had done once be for.it doesnt recognise me yet my credit card and bank sure do for the payment.of which was a one time fee unless i wanted to update . so im waiting for an answer as to how i get what i paid for.anything helpfull would be great.since its a little distressing to see all of the complaints around the internet on this subject. thanks

well heres the deal. when i bought limewire pro 3 yrs ago i got online found limewire of which only one was available.it looked just like this and i even looked at its company info bla bla bla.i also downloaded and upgraded 4 times. then all of a sudden you cant do that anymore. why ? sounds like a racket to me so i guess ill find the original receipt for payment, the email from lime wire and cc transaction. then we can see its the same and i can ask all over again.

I'm experiencing the same proublem I had to go through a system restore and lost every thing but the basics and now I'm trying to get pro again and It says that I'm entering a invalid e-mail address I can't even get through to support and the originale url says that my download page has expired what do I do

I am experiencing the same problem with Pro not recognizing my email address. Any suggestions would be great!
