Downloaded 4.16.2 but I have now 4.14

I downloaded 4.16.2 but whenever I doubleclick on the icon, 4.14 opens up. If I uninstall, and reinstall/download, 4.16.2 opens up but when I close and reopen, 4.14 opens. I uninstalled 4.14 before downloading 4.16.2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to uninstall both Files and folder's.Than re Download 4.16.Just make sure you save all of your files be four you do this.
