Downloaded 4.16.2 but I have now 4.14

I downloaded 4.16.2 but whenever I doubleclick on the icon, 4.14 opens up. If I uninstall, and reinstall/download, 4.16.2 opens up but when I close and reopen, 4.14 opens. I uninstalled 4.14 before downloading 4.16.2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
