limewire 4.16.3 setup stuck at miscellaneous settings

I am using windows xp
I have previously used limewire but deleted it and now trying to reload it and when I get to the set up it asks what language to use then the next window is miscellaneous settings which ask "network speed" "system start up" and "content filtering" but there is no icon to click next , back etc

I have followed the instructions on a few other posts here and googled all I can and also looked on FAQ but lost as to whats going on...if anyone can give me any advice I would appreciate it
