Did you lose it due to a crash or reformat?? If so then it depends on when you bought your Pro version. The suscription is only good for 6 mnths and just recently been offered for a year. So if its been longer than 6 mnths your e-mail address won't be in the data base any longer. If you want the updates and "e-mail support"
 that they offer, then you will have to re-purchase.It's always a good idea to backup your Pro installer.
