Default It's all new to me - HELP

I'm just trying to get music to my mp3. I've had my mp3 hooked up to my computer. downloaded, every download complete. But it's not on my mp3 player. What has happened?

And yes, all this is new to me, I'm just know the basics of the computer. I want music so I can start walking (for exercise!) again! PLEASE HELP ME.

It's the basics we are after here !

Unless you are one of the victims of the iPOD/iTUNES scam, we all hope that you have a 'normal' mp3 'player...

If this is the case, do the following -
With Windoze, open 'My Computer'... Yes, same thing you would do if you want to examine your C:\ drive, for example...

Next, simply connect your mp3 player to your computer...

Watch the screen in 'My Computer'...

After a brief interval your mp3 palyer should appear as just another drive...

So, you treat it as another drive, right !?
Meaning, you can COPY, MOVE, DELETE, RENAME... whatever !

Hey, I live in a bizzare small mountain village... The outside world is a min 1 mile walk, there and back (as they say !)...
I haven't found too much need for a background soundtrack yet... Must be cuz I is old, eh ?
