Valid Windows Insaller

I downloaded limewire to Windows XP. When I go to install it I get this message: Installation could not be opened,Check with vendor to see that this is a valid Windows installer, C:\DOCUME~1\BRIAN\LOCALS~1\TEMP\_IS4\limewire2.1.3 .msi. Why won't this install? Please Help!!!
