Bought Pro on old computer, don't have email

I bought Pro a couple of years ago. That was three computers ago. I have no idea what email I used to do it. I have tried every email my pea brain can remember but they all fail. How do I get any live help to verify the purchase and refire the upgrade?

A couple of years ago Pro support only lasted for 6 months. So your pro support and updates will have finished a long time ago.
After support finishes, customer details such as email are auto removed from their systems.

Is there any way to actually talk to someone at LimeWire without having to pay for the program again?

If you no longer have pro support then no. Simply get LW Basic, it is free. Differences between the two are not dramatic.

i dissagree about the differences i have had so many problems with the regualr limewire the pro has ore search results and everything no viruses and as soon as i limewire pro on my comp it ran alot faster than basic did and now the dam basic has somehow embedid itself on my comp

Our computer crashed so we lost LW Pro and of course customer support doesn't have our email. Any other places to download music from that is safe? I don't want to deal with LW anymore.

ah the only other sites i kno are bearshare but make sure u run a spyware scan all the time cause everysite has its problems

Maybe try Phex. Free, open source and connects to the same network as Limewire.
