Umm I did the thing you guys said, inststalled CCleaner and I did the cleaning thing, it didn't work I know right? I did use the link you gave to Skyliner, Anyways, do I have to pick a specific thing on Ccleaner or am I just doing something wrong? I do Have Java!

BTW, UMM do I need to log onto the other two acounts on my computer and uninstall it on them to?
