I'm new at this, I purchased Limewire pro yesterday, and while trying to install the program the internet froze.. now when I go to "already a member or already purchased..." it's asking my email address and it doesn't recognize it??? I need help...

I have the same problem. Getting support without a recognised e-mail address is virtually impossible via this automated reply system. Keep us "posted" if you get any results. Kobus |

This is the very reason I looked up and joined this forum. I have been trying to contact support and it will not recognize my email. How else are we to get help.
