Still not working - Tried Everything

I have tried everything that has been suggested for a Windows XP which is what I am running:

Removed Java
Uninstalled LimeWire
Removed all LimeWire Associations (including hidden)
Ran the Cleaner
Re-installed Java (Off Line Version)
Re-installed LimeWire and received the same error

I am the Admin of this PC. I have tried on my work AND home pc and I get the same error. I explained this to the LimeWire customer support person in an email and asked for additional assistance. Now they won't even write back to me.

Any other suggestions?
