First I would just say that the Pro version isn't really worth the money. There isn't that much difference between the two versions.

Transferring your files from one computer to the other can be done several different ways.

I find the easiest way would be via External HDD.

If possible, and your OS is XP then using a crossover cable is relatively painless.

Probably the most painful way would be to burn everything to cd and load on to new computer.
