I just purchased Limewire pro. Had a HD failure and when I go back to re-install limewire it does not find me. My link to the download expired on 10/20/08. I still have the email with my confirmation number and purchase info. How do I resolve this?

Expired = finished. LW Pro support lasts 6 months, else 12 months if you bought the extended plan.

i had the same issue not even 30 days of buying pro and redo my pc and couldnt get it to re-download again. i called the number on my charge card only to be told that once i download it that was it.my charge was a one time fee and it was nothing they could do. I find it to be a rip off in a way.

I don't know much about that special deal offer with a one off download pro without future updates, however I am surprised you could not re-download the present version at least. Perhaps a recent small LW update mucked that up. Contact limenathan (click on link) to see if anything can be done.
No back up of the original installer?

Congratulations. Make sure you save the pro installer somewhere ... such as on a back up external drive or a data CD.
