Lime Wire should hire more tech. support in order to answer these posts?

The abundance of "Non-Replies" on this page says a lot about your company. This makes one question the diligence and turn around time frame in resolving matters and issues that one may have after purchasing your product.

I would not feel secure in purchasing your product if I were to receive this level of service/tech. support as a consumer.

Yes, I get no feedback! I believe lime wire just deletes the questions they can't answer. Do you trust this software on your system?

I completely agree! I guess they are all working on some minor Linux issues since they think that is so cool...
Why would you pay if they are ignoring us??????

I'm asking myself that very question. While at the same time I'm asking how to get my money back.
