I tried to upgrade my Pro to 5.2, but when I enter my e-mail to prove I purchased 5.1 it tells me my e-mail address isn't recognized. Any ideas?

'When' did you purchase 5.1 & how much did you pay? Pro offers .. one off download of pro = no support or updates, or 6 or 12 months support & updates depending upon what you chose to have pay.

I can't remember what I paid since it was back in March. I'll have to look it up in my bank account. But, that's a good starting point. Thanks.
