Help with Installation: "Limewire cannot create uninstall information. Installation will now exit."
 

am having trouble installing Limewire Pro on my computer using Windows. keep getting message saying "Limewire cannot create uninstall information. Installation will now exit. Restarting computer can often fix this" I've restarted many times with no luck. Any suggestions?

are logged on with administrator rights?

If you are using Windows Vista, right-click the installer & choose Run As Administrator.

If all of that fails, try this version: Download ‘Other’ version & simply unzip & use! (now called Other Systes (OS/2, Solaris, Linux) & found on the Releases page Get LimeWire for Your Platform - Lime Wire)
