Hello...I'm new in the forums, 5 years in limewire...Got a Big Questions (Limewire was unable to initialize and start)

At least for me.....I try to run limewire, it wont even open at all..this messages appears ..."Limewire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a security program blocking its acces to the internet or loopback connections onthe local machine. Please add limewire as an esception to your security software and restart limewire." I already add it as an exception, still not working, Now what can I do?? I have been in this for 3 days already and i'm getting frustated.....I just want to make it work again......I dont know how to check my router or what ever that is, I use dsl for my internet connection...please somebody help me what can I do??.....And my LW wont' oopen at all I can't even go to like everybody said tools in lw because it wont let me do nothing...Im desperated (desesperada)
