![]() At least for me.....I try to run limewire, it wont even open at all..this messages appears ..."Limewire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a security program blocking its acces to the internet or loopback connections onthe local machine. Please add limewire as an esception to your security software and restart limewire." I already add it as an exception, still not working, Now what can I do?? ![]() So, How could i do the router thing??? because I allready make lLW exception and still not open at all....All I can see is the little rectangle with the spiderlime, and then the error message appears...I'm sorry I just don't know a lot about pc's I just get into the internet check mails, dowload music (not now) and the basics...but thank you if you can help me some more with this issue...really thanks a lot |

![]() I went to an older version it did download but still not open it and still saying the same message as before because an exception or because of my router machine something like that, I already did the exception how could I do the router thing???? I already uninstall java and lw and reinstalled them but still the same way...please , please, please help meeeeeeeee I don't know what to do no more i want to break my pc because with out lw and music is not the same............. |

Set up a port to forward; find your device brand & model here PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model & click on link, then click on link top right of page to skip advertisement. Which port to choose? I'd recommend one between 49152 - 65535 Depends on router, however often it's best to reboot BOTH the router & the computer after doing a port forward. ![]() 3.
