when i try to download limewire, after it installs i have a message saying error downloading installengine.com/Msiengine20/instmsia.exe

Add me to the list of "problem children". Install shield starts, then it goes to download the INSTMSIA.exe file, and after patiently waiting, an "error" dialog box comes up. Willy near Philly

Mine is perfectly fine, zipping through the files until it discovers the instmsia.exe. It's on the last bar now, and I continue to wait and then poof, a box come up talking about an error. I tried to uninstall it, then download it again to no avail... Any help here? Confused in Maryland

Same problem, so I paid $8.50 and downloaded LimeWire Pro, still the same error!

I know, is there something wrong with limewire? I should have just kept the downgraded version of it.

Yeah I think www.installengine.com is down.. Anyone suggest any other clients? I thought I would give LimeWire a try since I installed it on my wifes Mac a while back and she has been happy with it. Not quite sure how long a company can last when the installer doesn't even work.
