I think it is a nice idea to split the "Clear finished and aborted transfers" section into the parts:

1. Clear finished transfers;
2. Clear aborted transfers.

Now it's deleting everything at once and that's something that I don't like.

Finished transfers are moved to one of the files on the download section so you are not losing them the other is just removed completely from your system. I for one like it cause it removes alot of clutter from my qued download screen and I know what has and has not downloaded. If anything having it together makes it better because it is one less step that you have to do and removing them allows you to know what is downloading and what is not so that you can remove that which is not. If you are like a lot of people who are new to fileshare or have not downloaded in some time then you are going to have a long list of stuff that you are downloading so you might find in time this feature to be handy in letting you know what is not downloading.
