Lightbulb Default sort...

1. From what I can see, by default, Xolox dynamically sorts the list of search matches in order of "score". I'd rather Xolox do this only if the "score" field is explicitely clicked on (like the other fields).

Suggestion: Have Xolox sort the lisf of search matches in order of chronology (i.e. in the order of when that particular match was first found).

Why: Often, when a fairly general search is requested, many matches are found. I'd like to be able to see what new matches have been located without having to scan through the whole list again. I'd like to be able to highlight the last match found, walk away from the computer, and come back to see new matches added below the highlighted match. Of course, duplicate matches will only result in the score counter being incremented, thus not affecting the chronology of the list.

2. This next one is minor: I see that certain "events" are displayed at the bottom of the Xolox window. I think that is a nifty feature. However, the fact that the rest of the window's size is affected by the incoming events is a little inconvenient.

Suggestion: Perhaps you could have a fixed portion of the Xolox window devoted to displaying incoming events (such as added downloads, download cancellations and download completions) and as more events occur, that fixed portion would become scrollable.

3. I read somewhere that in the next version of Xolox, you guys might have searches killed after a certain amount of time has passed.

Request: Please don't do this. I'm sure you can appreciate the fact that patience with searches is greatly rewarded with the Gnutella network. If anything, you should have an user-controlled option whereby we can have Xolox kill a search after a certain amount of time, restart the search after a certain amount of time or to never kill the search unless the search window is explicitely closed by the user.

Comments - What I love about Xolox (please don't change):
* Single file - multiple server download
* Multiple searches
* Relentless searches
* AND queries (by default for all searches)
* Substring support (thus search for 'car' will return both 'car' and 'cars')
* File type searches

What I'd like to see, but don't really care for (for fear that their implementation may diminish the elegance, simplicity and effectiveness of Xolox):
* More control over bandwith (though I know this leads to leeching)
* More control over uploads (though I know this leads to leeching)
* Support for advanced search queries AND, OR, NOT and combinations thereof (e.g. car AND (ferrari OR bmw) NOT ford
* Exact match support (e.g. "Albert Einstein's theory")

Thanks a bunch for your time, MoS.
