I think you have to have at least one IP listed in the options for the line to show in the limewire.props file.

I have >16,000 to place and the program that I use to get them does not export them in a comma separated format.
Other P2P programs use a dedicated file.
Doing search and replace as I speak.
Edit: the plain text file I'll be trying to use is 220Kb! I bet Limewire objects to it <g>. Later...cannot add that many IPs to exclude. Poor show Limewire :-(.
