Do you use windows? If yes, is that window 2000 or xp? When you start the computer up the windows operating system (OS) will display its version. What type of connection: is that a dial-up modem, adsl (broadband), or cable? Does it use wires to connect to your computer & to the wall or is it wireless? When you have opened Limewire (LW) under the Help menu select the bottom choice called About... and this will tell you which version of LW you have.
