The only 'problem' you may have will possibly be a change from a 'static' IP to a 'dynamic' IP...

As far as filesharing is concerned the only possible 'negative' aspect of having a dynamic IP (i.e. one that is different each time you connect to your ISP) would be in relation to your UpLoads...
Users who are attempting to initiate DownLoads from you (perhaps some time after they made their 'search', during which you had disconnected and then returned, or they are trying to continue with incomplete D/Ls from you) will probably see a message that there is no 'push-route' available and they will need to either do a new search or request more 'sources'... Then your file will appear again with your 'current' IP...

For all other functions having a dynamic IP will not cause you any problems...
