I did read your post. Did you get the issue resolved? It sounds like you followed the links from the e-mail sent (however, I cannot find the e-mail sent to me).

I had a moment of hope when I noticed this on the Limewire website: "

If you have multiple emails try them all, one by one. If you still can't remember, fill out this form."

Unfortunalty it just takes you to the same purchase page that anyone gets sent to to buy the program. I have already purchased it. I thought there'd be a form requesting the info be resent to me. I am not sure why this link is even here except as a cruel joke......okay, now I', getting whiney...
