Unless you're a pro user there is no way to contact LW.

I'd suggest you try these things:

1. Steps 1 & 2 here Fixes for Limewire; ie: reinstall Java using the "Offline" Java installer.

2. With the new version of LW, you'll have a new set of preferences folder which has a different name & location. Follow these directions but instead of searching frostwire, you search limewire: How to delete your FrostWire Preferences folder & is found here C:\Documents and Settings\*yourusername*\Application Data\limewire
