Limewire deserves all the bad press it gets for including adware and spyware in their software with no warning to users and no option not to install it. Good software notifies users of any "extras" it will install, especially if they are controversial. Perhaps the all the bad press will teach software companies (even ones providing free products and looking for a way to profit) to respect their users rights.
