Well, that creates a whole new set of problems. You can not end the explorer.exe task. It's the interface of Windows.
Just try the rest of those step by step instructions.
BTW the explorer.exe task using 100%, points to it being one of your videos. Did you by any chance download some video that had scotto or dvl in the filename. Those are known to be bad.
Also did you download a lot of video prior to this happening, or only a few. You could try deleting those in safe mode using command promt.
Try using unlocker to move the folder. It might work, or will give a more specific error message
Is it possible for you to access the folder through Nero, without it going to 100% CPU. That way you could just burn the files and then delete them of the computer.
