has anyone else gotten a pop up that says warning your activities have been logged?? its has my IP adress and it says that something is being sent to abuse@verizon.net

i deleted the file right away because i didnt realize AT ALL that it was child pornography. Once i realized I deleted it RIGHT away and i uninstalled limewire. But, I've been tossing and turning thinking the feds are gunna lock me up for something I don't do, enjoy, etc.

underneath it was saying to dload google toolbar to clear the problem but I'm still freaked out. Please tell me it was SPAM.... cuz i do not want to go to prison or be fined or be labeled as a pedophiliac because I'm not...
