Other people have had issues too...use the forum search to look for Xplornet.
You shouldn't be running 2 firewalls together. Disable one & configure the other to allow LW 
Do you have a router as well as the satellite modem? If so, we need the brand & model. I can't find much info about your modem but there doesn't seem to be an internal firewall. |
No, I didn't have Xplornet before I switched to satellite.. I think I just have a router. I don't know if I have a satellite modem. I tried disabling one of the firewalls and configuring the other. But no luck.
