I've been a Gold user for a couple of years now and I'm getting real tired of this particular issue. I can go months without a single instance, then all of a sudden, I can't connect. Sometimes it starts after installing a new version and other times for no apparent reason. I've found that no single/combination of solution(s) in the "if you can't connect" area works consistently. In fact, in most instances, it goes away all by itself in a few days.
I'm quite willing to pay for the Gold version, but I expect it to work reliably. I won't keep jumping through all these hoops just to get the software to do what it's supposed to do. If this issue isn't solved by the time I need to renew my Gold subscription, I won't be renewing any more. |
