Hmm...A few things come to mind. First off without knowing what version of LW your using, may be an issue.
If you are using WMP to burn your files, then this in itself is a BIG issue as DRM comes into play. I'll ALWAYS advise against using WMP
(Microsoft) and iTunes ( Apple). Including iPods, Zune media players, iPhones and anything else Apple and Microsoft can Monopolize.
In LW, see how you have the license agreement checked. Been a Looong time since I've used LW so you need to use the forum 'Search" function to get more info on this subject.
